12. TV Monitoring System: Cameras, monitor, and VCR installed.

13. Training: 5 1/2 day training in an operating store. Franchisee pays for living expenses.

14. Supplies: Forms, Aprons, Counter supplies.

15. Grand Opening Advertising: Media selection and time frame is market dependent.

16. Fees/Deposits: Telephone, Internet, electric, insurance, licenses & permits.
