Q: I’M NOT VERY GOOD WITH A COMPUTER. I DON’T KNOW A BIT FROM A BYTE. CAN I BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS BUSINESS?

Absolutely. Our ‘Best In Class’ system is easy to learn and operate. If you can use a ‘touch-tone’ telephone you can do this. After you graduate from our 5 1/2 day training program you’ll be fully computer competent to operate and build a successful business. In addition, your Business Coach will be available each step along the way.

Q: WHY DO PEOPLE NEED QuickSELLit WHEN THEY CAN SELL THEIR STUFF ON eBay THEMSELVES?

People use QuickSELLit because they don’t have the time or patience to sell their own stuff. Let’s look at the process. If a person wants to sell their own stuff on eBay, rather than bringing it to QuickSELLit, they need to take attractive digital pictures of their stuff, write clear sell descriptions designed to tell bidders what they want to know about the item, establish a realistic starting price, properly categorize and sub-categorize their stuff, and actually navigate their way through to register their own stuff on eBay (assuming they are a registered eBay user). And, after all that’s done they have to be available to answer questions from potential buyers (which drive up bids) and when the stuff is sold they have to pack it, wrap it, and take it someplace to insure it and ship it. When individuals sell their stuff through QuickSELLit they just bring their stuff to us, we sell it through eBay and we send them money. Period. Done.

Q: YES, BUT IS THERE ENOUGH STUFF AVAILABLE FOR QuickSELLit TO SELL EVERYDAY?

Every human being on the face of mother earth has unwanted stuff they would love to sell. Everyone! Whether it’s low-income families with a used radio or the zillionaires on Park Avenue in New York with a closet full of tennis rackets, everyone has stuff they don’t use, don’t want, or don’t need. And they are all looking for an easy, simple way to sell their stuff and get cash in return. With that kind of customer base the question is not “is there enough stuff available?” The question is, “how fast can I take it all in and sell it?”

Q: THERE ARE OTHER FRANCHISES IN THE SAME BUSINESS. WHAT MAKES QuickSELLit DIFFERENT AND BETTER?

The most obvious difference is our initial investment requirement of only $49,000 (total). Another is our Royalty of only $125 per week and you never pay an Advertising Fee. In addition, we provide an innovative, no cost advertising, promotion and public relations kit each quarter to keep the QuickSELLit name out in front of your local community. There are also other dynamic programs that make us different including the ‘Frequent Sellers Plan’ that reduces sellers’ sales commissions, our unique ‘Pick-Up Service’, our Buy Program, our customer follow-up program, our uniformed staff, and our ’Best In Class’ Systems. Q: WHAT IF THE STUFF I ACCEPT AT MY QuickSELLit DOESN’T SELL HOW WILL I MAKE ANY MONEY?

Your customers have 2 options. They can give their stuff to you without establishing a minimum auction sell price, or they can establish a minimum sell price. If the stuff has no minimum sell price it will sell almost 100% of the time because it is going to the highest bidder. In such cases you receive a Sales Commission and Handling Fee. If their stuff has a minimum sell price you charge a Pre-Paid Preparation Fee and Sales Commission. So, you make money on practically everything you take in. And keep in mind that you have no inventory investment.

Q: WHAT KIND OF STUFF CAN I TAKE IN FOR AUCTION ON eBay?

Virtually anything from two tickets to the ball game, to a satellite dish, to a John Deere tractor. Even automobiles, boats, and motorcycles.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SELL SOMETHING ON eBay?

Each item is put on a 7 day auction. Each item will usually sell to the highest bidder in 7 days and you receive your money from the buyer.

Q: WHO ARE QuickSELLit’s CORE CUSTOMERS?

Your prime customers will be individuals who want to sell their unwanted stuff. But there are other customers as well including businesses that want to liquidate overstocks, and manufacturers who want to dispose of old equipment, returns, overruns, and odd lots. Also, Charities who need to raise money, and Fund Raisers that want to build the new addition to the hospital, and on and on. We’ll show you how to reach all of them.

Q: HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I TAKE HOME EACH WEEK?

Millions of dollars worth of stuff is sold on eBay everyday. Millions more of unwanted stuff is sold through other venues. EBay has predicted a massive increase in 2005 and a further staggering increase in 2006. The business of selling unwanted stuff is growing dramatically, and it’s highly profitable. How much you take home depends upon your daily business decisions and work ethic. If you follow the high-powered QuickSELLit model you can achieve an excellent return on your investment.

Q: I’M SURE LOCATION IS IMPORTANT HOW DO I FIND THE ‘RIGHT’ ONE?

We provide the tools you need to identify the ‘right‘ location in your market. These include a professional local Commercial Realtor, our own experienced staff, and a proprietary ‘Site Selection Guide’ specifically written to assist you in finding the ‘right’ QuickSELLit store. Quick!

Q: DO I RECEIVE A PROTECTED AREA?

Yes. Each QuickSELLit store receives a 5 mile protected market.

Q: HOW MUCH ROYALTY DO I HAVE TO PAY?

Our Royalty is a Flat Fee of $125 per week. So, whether your revenue is $2,000 or $20,000 a week you only pay $125. Our Royalty program actually rewards you for doing more business by allowing you to keep more of what you earn.

Q: HOW MUCH ADVERTISING FEE DO I HAVE TO PAY?

You are never required to pay an advertising fee. We will provide quarterly Advertising, Promotion and Public Relations programs and material on a no-charge basis. All programs will be targeted specifically at your local market. As a new business all your advertising money should be targeted strategically in your local market to maximize your local sales.

Q: WHAT KIND OF TRAINING WILL I RECEIVE?

You will receive a concentrated 5 1/2 day training program in an operating store. You will work directly with customers and share in the operation of the business. You will learn under fire. When you graduate you will be confident and fully prepared to drive your new QuickSELLit store to success.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO OPEN MY STORE?

It should take 45-90 days to identify your location and sign the lease. After taking possession it should take 30-45 days for space remodeling, training, and to set-up your store for the Grand Opening. Obviously, all time frames are subject to local market and physical conditions.

Q: CAN I OWN MORE THAN ONE QuickSELLit STORE?

Yes. If qualified, we will be delighted to have you own and operate one franchise.
